Triplejack Poker

Singer Kenny Rogers is always telling us in his song “The Gambler” that you have to “know when to hold’em and know when to fold’em”. In a poker game, or any card game of chance, that is great advice. With the explosion of online gaming on the Internet, a lesson like that could cost you a lot of money. But thanks to today’s Family First Site, you can play to your hearts content, and it won’t cost a cent.
The site is called Triplejack Poker. This is an online game of poker. Unlike most online games of this sort, Triplejack is a FREE game. In contrast to most online poker rooms, the intention is not to add real money into the mix. It is intended to be fun, and not limit people from playing when they’ve reached some theoretical point of “empty wallet”. So, to compensate, in Triplejack you’re playing for score. The rules are fairly simple, and are well explained on the site. You can play as either a guest, or you can register (for free), and play for a chance to see yourself on the Score Leaders list.
While you are waiting for a game to start, or during a game, you can chat with other players. It is a very casual atmosphere, sort of like a neighborhood poker game with the guys (or gals). One feature I really like is the Crude Word Censor. This is a family-friendly game site. Crude words are not only filtered out of chat, but they are randomly replaced by other, not-so-bad words. Ironically, this can make cursing fun again, even though ultimately the idea is to stop you from doing it.
If you are interested in learning to play poker, or looking to improve your skills, this site can provide you with the opportunity to do that. It is fun, and time can really fly while you are playing. Since you aren’t paying for money, you don’t have to worry about going into debt. You also won’t have to worry about not counting it while you’re sitting at the table.
