Anxious to find out about the latest movies in the theatres? Want to find if you favorite classic film is on DVD or just video? How about the name of that actor you saw in that film last night? If you ever wanted to know these answers and more, then today’s FamSite is just for you.

It is called The Internet Movie Database, and it is just that, an extensive online database of films. And yet it is more, as you can also find out about recording artists and television shows. You can check out the hottest selling items in stores and on the web (currently the big DVD is Star Wars – Episode 1 and it won’t even be in stores for months). Each film has a page with an incredible amount data on it, everything from cast and crew lists, up to goofs and trivia and official websites. There is also a direct link to Amazon.com so you can purchase the item you are looking at.

This is a great reference site to bookmark and return to. I use it quite often, and it has truly accurate information. Enjoy your stop here today, and be sure to share it with a friend.

WorldVillage recommends…
