The Australian National Public Toilet Map

I have never been there, but I absolutely love Australia.
The internet has made the country a much more familiar place to me. The Aussie lifestyle is now much more on display than it was when I first fell in love with the country as a child.
And you know what? The more i learn about it, the more I love it.
For instance, the Aussie government has put up a nice public service site.
Its purpose? To let people know where public toilets can be found all over the country!

Of course, such a site MUST be picked as a FamilyFirst choice.
So here it is: The Australian National Public Toilet Map.
The details for each loo include latitude/longitude, so you can punch the details into your GPS and let it tell you how to get there.
Wouldn’t that make for a great vacation?
Enjoy.

  1. Well that link in my comment about the Australian Government Toilet Website went down the drain. Flush that 404 web page and try again.
  2. Now that is what we call public service, providing a map to public toilets. No public toilet puns related to government and toilets from me but I can well imagine there will be a few that make there way to this comment site.
