It’s been a long time since I’ve had anklebiters running around my house. My baby boy is now 6’2”.
But once upon a time, my wife and I were teaching our children how to do things like count, recognize letters, spell, and read.
Parents can give their children a serious boost by teaching them things when they are at the preschool age. For instance, some four-year-olds speak multiple languages with ease!
But even if your kids only know good old English, there are still a lot that you can teach them before that first day of school.

Yahoo! Kids

Today’s FamilyFirst site is one that has been covered in the past, but it has had such a makeover that it deserves a second look.
Early in the game, Yahoo! Figured out that kids need their own home page, and anything that is linked there would need to pass some pretty stringent standards as far as good taste was concerned. After all, we don’t need our children and grandchildren clicking on sites that don’t contain content suitable for them.
So, they created Yahooligans. It’s also known as Yahoo! Kids. Here’s their mission:
