Set Manageable Goals

How often has this happened to you? You set a bunch of goals (aka resolutions) on New Year’s Day, knowing full well that before January is out, you will have fallen off the wagon on most if not all of them. So why do we do this over and over again? Usually those goals are massive and unmanageable, things like: I’m going to lose 30 (or more) pounds this year, or I’m going to make $10,000 (or more) extra. Why aren’t we more realistic when it comes to resolutions? We would probably have much more success.
Think how excited you would be if you could even lose 5 or 10 pounds or earn $500 or even $100 extra? Why not start there with your goal making? Once you achieve them, you will have gained confidence and momentum, and then you can set more goals for yourself, knowing that if you did it once, you can do it again.
This is a great way to think about making extra money online with your online business. Don’t expect it to be able to pay all of your bills all at once, just focus on the small steps and before you know it, you may have achieved the big ones too.
