Mark Consuelos Talks to Family First about Easy Dinner Ideas

I have this challenge almost every night – what are we going to have for dinner? Often it depends on who is going to be around, who will be at practice, what other activities we have planned.

Actor/producer Mark Consuelos recently spoke to me about his super easy dinner ideas that pretty much anyone can make. Consuelos is an accomplished actor and producer, as well as the husband of Kelly Ripa, whom he met when they worked together on the long-running daytime drama “All My Children.” They have three children.

He is currently helping promote a special contest sponsored by Hellmann’s called the Chicken Challenge. Entrants vote for their favorite chicken recipe posted at www.hellmanns.com and each week, one person wins a $250 grocery gift card.  Here, he talks about his favorite recipe Parmesan Crusted Chicken.
