With the holidays fast approaching, the young ones will be home, and if they are like mine, will be restless as ever. Keeping them occupied will be a challenge, but with today’s FamSite book marked on your computer, it can be a little easier.

Called KiddoNet, this site is a great place for kids to hang out on the net. Here they can play games, send Christmas cards, create their own home page, send email, and if they really get bored, even find help with their homework. There is special software that you have to download to take advantage of this site, but it is free for all. There are even offline activities that can be enjoyed as well.

This site is well maintained, and can provide a safe environment for children of all ages. Be sure to pass it on to a friend so they might enjoy it too.

    so basically this is a site where kids come, because they'er not allowed on msn, so thy come on hee, to be someone they're not ahahahahahha sounds fun to me.

    Now, let's be sensible - the note was put up in 1999. I used to use Kiddonet and it was great. Whatever it is now...it's not what it used to be. It used to be just full of little games, it was harmless, there was no chat feature. This is something wholly different...

    BEWARE!!!!!!!! Kiddo net is not a safe place for children..yes girl sense is insanely fun for kids...but after going on and going into the "auctions" especially the big ones where there is many kids on....if playboy and hustler had a place to chat...they would be tame compared to the sex acts described in detail in this auction for little children to read little children as young as 6 I've seen on..not to mention inappropriate advertisements on the GirlSense website!! Whether it's really 10 year olds and teenagers asking to have "socks" with people and describing it in detail or adult preditors both are preditors of children no matter what the age if they are exposing children to this. I've written GirlSense numberous times through the month and nothing is being done about this..no action to protect children..BEWARE!!!!!!!!! What goes on in the chats is very very very graphic and gross even for an adult!!! Kiddo net needs to take action to protect our children!!!!!
