Decoding the GMO Issue and More – Hear a Farm Mom’s View
September 16, 2013 2 Comments
I don’t remember the first time I heard of GMOs but I’m sure I didn’t know what it meant. I probably confused it with MSG, the flavor enhancer often found in Chinese food.
In this recent interview, Family First’s Marijo Tinlin speaks to Katie Pratt, the wife of a seventh generation farm who lives in Illinois and who knows all about the quality of the food that comes to your table.
Here she’ll speak about GMOs, organic vs non-organic, gluten, the benefits of the processes farmers do use to make our food better for us, and a little bit about how to help kids get involved in their own lunch preparation.
If you like what you hear from Katie, please go to www.fooddialogues.com for more information about the US Farmers & Ranchers and the food they produce for all of us.
