Everybody loves pizza!
And pizza can be a hefty meal that’s low in saturated fat.
Of course, we’re not talking about Domino’s, or 99% of frozen pizzas.
No, we’re talking homemade!
Around our house, homemade pizza is a great treat that i prepare. Stand by and I’ll tell you my quick-and-easy method.

For example, did you realize that pizza toppings should be a combination of sweet and sour? Note this quote:

Peppers can be sweet and cured Italian meats can bring sourness. The sauce can bring up whatever else is on top of the pie, even plain mushrooms.

So pick your sauce wisely.
My secret: Buy a double-sized Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee pizza mix, make one big pizza, use turkey pepperoni and freshly grated mozzarella cheese and black olives. Sprinkle with Sicilian seasoning before baking.

    That isn't real homemade pizza. Making your own crust and simmering your own sauce is 100% way better; give it a try, you'll love it.
