It is time for us to continue our journey of visiting sites that are related to the leaders of our nation. Today we make another on our journey to visit all 41 of our presidents at sites that show who they were and what their administrations and lives were all about.
Todays site is the Adams National Historical Site located in Quincy, MA. It is the home of our first vice-president, our second president, and the birthplace of our sixth president. This National Park Service site explains about the homestead and the buildings located there, with directions, hours, costs, and the exhibits located there. John Adams, the second president lived here, and the house encompasses the lives of the Adams family from 1720 to 1927.
Our next stop tomorrow will be an interesting one, as it has some parallels to what happened in our last presidential election. Enjoy your stop here today, and be sure to come back tomorrow.
